Requirements
Expectations
- Willingness to undertake international business trips to countries with local teams (Europe, Americas, and Asia), with an average trip duration of 2–3 months.
- Availability for travel to team operating locations.
- Proven experience and knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Basic knowledge of the Base system, including experience in conducting several client implementations.
- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong ability to effectively organize personal work.
- Developed analytical skills.
- At least basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
- Welcome: Experience in implementing B2B SaaS products.
- Welcome: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP.

Scope of Tasks
- Conducting Base system implementations for clients across various time zones and cultures, from kick-off meetings and individual needs analysis to full solution launch.
- Supporting the design of optimal order processing workflows.
- Integrating and performing advanced configuration of the Base system with online stores, wholesalers, marketplace accounts, and courier systems.
