Integration Engineer (Mandarin)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand and setup customers integration requirements
• Guide customers and provide integration support via online communication channels
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer integration related issues
• Proactively follow up with customer integration status in the most effective manner
• Provide weekly update and report customer integration statuses
• Ensure customer integration requirement is delivered within specific time-frame and deadline
• Assist in other project coordination, incident and problem management when necessary
• Any other duties as delegated by Integration Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in IT operations support, integration or application support related roles
• Familiarity with AI technologies like ChatGPT, Claude, or other large language models is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of web technology including but not limited to JSON, REST
• Hands-on experience in programming technologies such as .NET, PHP, Java is a plus
• Knowledge in the internet gaming industry is a plus
• Able to multitask, with good self-discipline and responsibility, good time management, and ability to work independently
• Preferably Malaysian or Expat residing in Malaysia
