NMI is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Integration Analyst to deliver exceptional technical support to customers integrating NMI's software products. In this role, you will assist developers in both English and Spanish, ensuring successful integration of NMI's payment solutions. NMI provides various APIs and SDKs that connect customer point of sale (POS), mobile POS (mPOS), and e-commerce solutions with major banks, acquirers, and processors. The Integration team serves as the primary contact for new customer developers, guiding them through the integration process until launch.

What will I be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide integration support to English and Spanish-speaking customers, facilitating the successful integration of NMI's payment solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure desired functionality is achieved, verifying software performance and workflow.
- Maintain personal implementations of NMI products to ensure a comprehensive understanding of solutions, implementation methods, and SDK functionality, especially with new features.
- Develop and update internal and external documentation for NMI products, contributing to a valuable knowledge library for users.
- Act as a primary contact for NMI colleagues regarding technical integration queries.
- Contribute to various projects as needed.
Do I have what it takes?
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service skills.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, including clear and confident technical communication (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and identify high-priority tasks.
- Skill in providing technical explanations to customers with diverse technical backgrounds, adapting communication style effectively.
- Experience coding in Objective-C (or a willingness to learn).
- Experience coding in at least one of the following languages:
- C#
- C++
- Java
- Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking to support network-related customer issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Innovative and proactive thinking, demonstrating initiative.
- Passion for excellent written and verbal communication.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Web technologies including CSS, HTML, PHP.
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Windows CE.
- Proficiency in using a customer ticketing system.
- Background in the payments industry.
- Knowledge of development frameworks.
