Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Base system
- Experience implementing other B2B SaaS products is welcome
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP
- Experience configuring online stores/e-commerce shops
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong self-organization skills
- Experience and knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Minimum basic knowledge of ERP systems
- Communicative level of English (min. B2)
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting implementations of the Base system for our clients
- Supporting the design of optimal order processing workflows
- Integrating and performing advanced configuration of the system with online stores, wholesalers, marketplace accounts, and courier services
- Providing support for configuring the SubiektGT/NEXO PRO ERP integrator
