Scope of Tasks
- Conduct comprehensive implementations of the Base system for clients.
- Provide support in designing optimal order processing workflows.
- Perform integration and advanced configuration of the system with online stores, wholesalers, marketplace accounts, and courier services.
- Assist with the configuration of ERP integrators, specifically SubiektGT/NEXO PRO.
Required Skills & Experience
- Very good knowledge of the Base platform.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Experience configuring online stores.
- Experience and familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Minimum basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Very good communication skills and ability to establish long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent self-organization skills.
- Communicative English language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing other B2B SaaS products.
