Software Implementation Consultant (Fluent Italian Required)

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive successful client adoption of our software solution (SE Suite). This role involves ensuring deliveries meet client needs, facilitating system implementation, and maximizing software utilization by applying market best practices and understanding complex business rules.

This position is predominantly remote, but may require occasional in-person client visits in the consultant's residing city and nearby regions. Candidates must reside in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions tailored to client needs using the SE Suite platform.
• Guide clients through the initial stages of software adoption to ensure successful usage.
• Remove implementation barriers and institutionalize the effective use of the solution.
• Apply best market practices and understand client business rules to configure the SE Suite efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Higher education degree completed or ongoing in a Technology field.
• Experience with software and/or ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Procedures, Views, etc.).
• Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP).
• Knowledge of webservice integrations (SOAP, UI, REST).
• Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM).
• Fluent or native Italian language proficiency.
• Must reside in Brazil.

Preferred Skills (Differentiators)

• Advanced or fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Extension courses in project management or related fields.
• Knowledge of SoftExpert portfolio products (SE Suite) or competitor solutions.
• Knowledge of quality management principles.
