Required Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology fields.
• Experience with software and/or ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Procedures, Views, among others).
• Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP).
• Knowledge of webservice integrations (SOAP, UI, REST).
• Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM).

Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators)

• Advanced/Fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Extension courses in project management or similar.
• Knowledge of SoftExpert portfolio products (SE Suite) or competitors.
• Knowledge of quality management.

Role Mission & Scope

The Implementation Consultant's mission is to deliver solutions tailored to client needs using our software, monitoring the initial steps for successful adoption of the SE Suite.

Key responsibilities include removing potential barriers, facilitating system implementation, and institutionalizing the use of the solution to maximize software benefit. This requires applying market best practices, understanding client business rules, and ensuring the SE Suite configuration is fluid, efficient, and effective.

Focus and Location

Primary Focus Area: BPM (Business Process Management).

Location Note: This vacancy is exclusive for residents of Brasília/DF. The consultant will work predominantly remotely but may attend clients in person in the city of residence and nearby regions.
