Role and Mission: Implementation Consultant
The Implementation Consultant's primary mission is to ensure successful deliveries aligned with client needs using our proprietary solution (SE Suite). This involves guiding clients through the initial stages of adoption to maximize software utilization.
Key responsibilities include removing potential barriers, streamlining system implementation, and institutionalizing the solution's use. Success requires applying market best practices within the client's specific context and understanding their business rules. This ensures efficient and effective configuration of the SE Suite.
Work Environment
This role is primarily remote. However, the Implementation Consultant may be required to meet clients in person within their city of residence and surrounding regions.
