SolutionTech srl is seeking a highly experienced PHP Developer with a minimum of 10 years in software development, including 5 years in enterprise environments. This role focuses on implementing a new mobile application for a banking group's promoter network. The position requires immediate availability and offers a hybrid work model (3 days in-office in Milan Basiglio, 2 days remote).
Compensation: Annual gross salary of €25,000 - €30,000.
Employment Type: Full-time. Contract type is flexible (Freelance, Permanent, Fixed-term).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and manage development teams to build scalable software solutions in complex systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications.
- Contribute to defining technical and functional requirements, collaborating with business teams and stakeholders (nice-to-have).
- Develop web services.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with PHP (Codigniter framework experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Laravel.
- Strong skills in Angular, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline management.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading and coordinating development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in monitoring and improving application software performance.
- Experience in monitoring and improving Database performance.
- Good command of the English language.
- Prior experience in consulting companies focused on client satisfaction.
