Duties
- Develop and maintain web applications utilizing frameworks such as Spring, Django, React, Angular, and Vue.js to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Design, implement, and optimize backend systems with technologies including Java, C#, Python, PHP, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails.
- Manage database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, and Redis to store and retrieve data efficiently.
- Create responsive web designs employing HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, and Web design best practices to ensure accessibility across devices.
- Integrate APIs such as RESTful services and GraphQL to enable smooth data exchange between systems.
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate deployment workflows with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate within Agile teams using tools like Jira and Trello to plan sprints, track progress, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Skills
- Proficiency in front-end development including JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design techniques.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Java (Spring Framework), C# (.NET), Python (Django), PHP (WordPress), Ruby on Rails, and Node.js (Express.js).
- Expertise in database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of system architecture principles for scalable web applications; experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is desirable.
- Familiarity with developer tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket version control systems; experience with DevOps practices including Jenkins and Ansible.
- Understanding of API development using RESTful services or GraphQL; experience working with SOAP APIs is advantageous.
- Ability to develop responsive designs that enhance UX/UI; experience with wireframing tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies including Scrum/Kanban frameworks like Jira or Trello; strong unit testing skills are required.
