We are seeking an HSE Digital Solutions Specialist to lead the evolution, maintenance, and enhancement of digital solutions focused on Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) processes within an international context. We are looking for a candidate with solid technical expertise and strong coordination skills, driven by continuous improvement, solution integration, and the management of distributed teams.

Main Functions

• Lead the complete development and maintenance lifecycle of HS&E solutions.
• Act as a technical reference and liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Manage and coordinate external/offshore teams.
• Supervise integrations and the evolution of corporate applications.
• Prioritize tasks and changes based on business needs.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, GDPR, and corporate standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT architecture and the operating model.
• Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer for all solutions.
• Provide support to users and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Economics, or a similar IT-focused field.
• Solid experience in the development, maintenance, and management of IT applications within complex corporate environments.
• Experience managing remote/offshore teams or SaaS providers.
• Technical knowledge in:
  • Java
  • PHP
  • HTML
  • SQL
  • REST and OData APIs
• Experience in:
  • Solution integration
  • Relational databases
  • Data modeling
  • Web development and modern frameworks
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and IT project management.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of AI/LLM-based tools and solutions.
• English level: Full Professional Proficiency / C1-C2.

Valuable

• Knowledge of the Health & Safety domain.
• Experience in the construction or industrial materials sectors.
• Experience in optimizing IT operating models and improving user experience.
• Master's degree or additional specialized training.

Mobility

• Availability to travel up to 15% of the time.
