Quick Summary
We are looking for a versatile graphic and web designer to act strategically and creatively in our agency. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for bringing brands to life, creating logos, visual identity manuals, and deploying campaigns for various formats and channels, both digital (social media, email marketing) and offline. In direct partnership with the content and strategy teams, you will actively participate in brainstorms to translate directions into consistent, high-quality visual solutions. In addition to graphic creation, your routine will involve the development and maintenance of websites and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor. For this, you will work on implementing functionalities and technical adjustments, including code manipulation (desirable) when necessary, ensuring technical and visual excellence in all the agency's web projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating logos, brand manuals, and visual identity for real clients.
- Experience in agencies or a solid portfolio with real clients (essential).
- Advanced mastery of the Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Experience with design for digital channels and performance campaigns.
- Consistent portfolio (creative and technical).
- Autonomy and responsibility with deadlines.
- Proficiency in creating final artwork for email marketing and social media posts.
- Solid experience in developing websites with WordPress and Elementor.
- Strict commitment to deadlines and self-discipline for remote work.
- We do not require work outside of hours, but within the 5 hours, we count on you and your deliveries.
- Apply generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Freepik, and similar) to accelerate the creative process and expand visual possibilities.
Desirable
- Ability and knowledge to resolve functionalities and perform adjustments on websites through code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic PHP).
Other Information
- Contract type: Service provider (PJ).
- Workload: 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Brasília time).
- Work Model: 100% Remote.
- Remuneration: R$2,150.00/month.
