Responsibilities and Duties
- Write easy-to-read and maintainable code, fix bugs, participate in the definition of tools, technologies, and processes according to software engineering best practices;
- Implement high-complexity solutions autonomously, ensuring progress and minimizing delay risks by detecting potential requirement issues;
- Seek and perform analyses to support technical decisions;
- Raise the level of the team's software quality testing practices, identifying and mitigating risks at the code, functionality, or project level;
- Take ownership of the solution design process, considering risks and dependencies associated with technical decisions;
- Participate in incident resolution within your scope of action;
- Contribute to the backlog by identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities in the systems you work on, such as: performance optimization, documentation, security, and integration tests;
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide mentorship through pairing sessions and presentations to the team;
- Analyze the effort required for demands in relation to the business and dependencies, learning from the context to improve the accuracy of estimates and task prioritization.
Skills and Prerequisites
- Solid experience with backend development in Golang;
- Advanced use of goroutines, channels, and frameworks like Gin, Echo, or similar;
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices;
- Experience with distributed architectures;
- BFF (Backend for Frontend);
- Microservices;
- Integration with external platforms;
- Events and messaging (Apache Kafka);
- Asynchronous communication patterns;
- Solid knowledge of development best practices;
- DDD (Domain Driven Design);
- Clean Architecture;
- Design Patterns;
- SOLID principles;
- Implementation of automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end);
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
