Key Responsibilities
The primary function involves creating offers for various technologies, estimating work packages for ongoing projects, and preparing project documentation.
Offers
- Collaborate with engineers and commercial teams to develop offers based on client requirements or PPTs.
- Analyze provided documentation and convert it into technical and economic scope.
- Define planning, estimate hours and cost, and prepare the final offer document.
Requirements Analysis and Collection
- Work with business and development teams to identify and document functional requirements.
- Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture user and business needs.
Estimation and Planning
- Estimate necessary efforts and resources (hours, phases, dependencies).
- Coordinate with the technical and management team to ensure viable deadlines.
Functional Design and Documentation
- Create detailed functional documentation: use cases, user stories, flow diagrams, technical specifications.
- Design functional solutions that meet quality standards and facilitate implementation by the development team.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar roles.
- Solid foundation in software development (practical knowledge of Java, frontend, and/or PHP).
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or others).
- Ability to prepare technical and economic offers (estimations, scope, planning).
- Skills for leading interviews/workshops with stakeholders.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational skills necessary to produce clear, reproducible, and maintainable documentation.
Valued Skills:
- Knowledge of UX.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
