Main Responsibilities
The primary function involves preparing offers for various technologies, estimating work packages for ongoing projects, and elaborating project documentation.
Offers
- Collaborate with engineers and commercial teams to develop offers based on client requirements or PPTs.
- Analyze documentation to convert it into technical and economic scope.
- Define planning, estimate hours and cost, and prepare the final offer document.
Analysis and Requirement Collection
- Work with business and development teams to identify and document functional requirements.
- Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture user and business needs.
Estimation and Planning
- Estimate necessary efforts and resources (hours, phases, dependencies).
- Coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure viable deadlines.
Functional Design and Documentation
- Create detailed functional documentation: use cases, user stories, flow diagrams, technical specifications.
- Design functional solutions that meet quality standards and facilitate implementation by the development team.
Minimum Required Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst or similar roles.
- Solid foundation in software development (practical knowledge of Java, frontend, and/or PHP).
- Experience in CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or others).
- Ability to prepare technical and economic offers (estimates, scope, planning).
- Skills to lead interviews/workshops with stakeholders.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational skills necessary to produce clear, reproducible, and maintainable documentation.
Valued Skills: Knowledge in UX, experience in Agile environments, and handling tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
