We are relaunching our webshop and seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to ensure clean backend architecture and pixel-perfect Figma design implementation.

Your Tasks

Current Focus: Shop Relaunch

• Implement a new theme (Glozin) based on Elementor Pro.
• Achieve pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs.
• Establish a clean backend setup: WooCommerce structure, Child-Theme architecture.
• Connect and test interfaces: Klaviyo, Zendesk, Fulfillment service providers, payment gateways, etc.

Ongoing Tasks After Relaunch

• Perform responsive maintenance and continuous development of the shop.
• Conduct UI/UX optimization: Improve user-friendliness and conversion rates through A/B testing with marketing and design teams.
• Manage WooCommerce customizations: Select and integrate plugins or develop custom solutions for customer loyalty programs (point systems, rewards, VIP memberships).
• Handle API Integration & Interface Management: Maintain and optimize connections for third-party services like payment gateways, shipping, and marketing tools.
• Execute updates, maintenance, and security measures.
• Optimize databases for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical documentation for developed features.
• Perform testing & debugging, including plugin conflict management.
• Manage server administration.
• Offer technical support: Troubleshoot and assist the team.
• Research and follow trends in webshop design & functionality.

What You Bring

Must-Have

• Residence in Germany.
• Native level German language skills.

Core Competencies

• Proven experience with WooCommerce & WordPress in productive shops.
• Frontend development expertise: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like React or Vue.js), SASS/LESS – capable of pixel-perfect and responsive implementation.
• Backend development expertise: PHP, MySQL, WordPress hooks and filters – ability to write clean, commented code.
• Versioning: Proficient with Git (GitHub, GitLab).
• Figma Handoff experience: Ability to compare design and implementation side-by-side.
• Elementor Pro: Proficient in use, understanding when custom CSS/PHP is more effective.
• API experience: Successfully connected third-party APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SEO & Performance Optimization, especially technical SEO.
• Server administration: Proficient with Plesk, knowledge of Linux, Apache/Nginx, and hosting providers like Hetzner.

Working Style & Soft Skills

• Independent work: Proactively report blockers before deadlines are missed.
• Strong communication: Skilled in interacting with various departments and colleagues.
• Planning and time management: Prioritization within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
