What You'll Do as a Fullstack Tech Lead
As a hands-on Fullstack Tech Lead at Natura, you will serve as a technical reference, leading by example and collaborating with the team to build scalable solutions. You will focus on Node.js (TypeScript), React, and React Native development. Your responsibilities include defining robust architectures for long-term product sustainability, guiding system modernization to cloud platforms like AWS Serverless and OCI, and demonstrating versatility across modern and legacy systems (Java, PHP).
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
You will serve as the technical lead for a team of 5+ engineers, guiding the technical backlog and collaborating with Architects to define robust solutions. Your role ensures the team has the autonomy to innovate.
- Hands-on Technical Leadership: Guide, mentor, and unblock the technical team daily, actively coding to resolve complex challenges.
- Architecture & Technical Decision-Making: Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, collaborating with architects and other Tech Leads.
- Technical Backlog Management: Oversee the technical health of the product, balancing new feature delivery with technical debt resolution.
- Fullstack Ecosystem Mastery: Lead robust solution development in Node.js, and contribute to the front-end/mobile ecosystem using React, React Native, and native applications. Demonstrate versatility to interact with, modernize, or integrate legacy systems (Java, PHP).
- Cloud & Scalability Expertise: Design and evolve cloud-native applications using AWS best practices (with a strong focus on Serverless/Lambda) and manage infrastructure on OCI (Oracle Cloud).
- Agile Leadership: Lead and guide multidisciplinary product development teams using Jira and Git, ensuring transparency, adherence to deadlines, and high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) for back-end development.
- Practical experience with the front-end and mobile ecosystem, including strong knowledge of React and React Native, and understanding of native mobile ecosystems.
- Versatility to navigate, maintain, and integrate solutions with both legacy and modern codebases (e.g., Java, PHP).
- Deep knowledge of Serverless Architecture and extensive experience with AWS (including EC2, Lambda, S3).
- Knowledge of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is a significant advantage.
- Experience in modeling and consuming both relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, BitBucket Pipelines, Sonar) and DevOps culture.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, and compliance practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer).
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Post-graduate degree or specialization in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture.
