What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Practical PHP Experience: Solid experience in web application development using PHP, with at least 3 years of commercial experience.
- React Expertise: Comfortable with modern frontend technologies and experienced in building production-ready features in React (preferably with TypeScript), with a strong understanding of structuring scalable, component-based frontends.
- Understanding of Programming Principles: Ability to understand and apply clean code principles, design patterns (e.g., MVC), and best practices.
- Database Experience: Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Software Development Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software testing methodologies.
- Communication & Teamwork: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team, sharing knowledge and assisting others.
- Security Awareness: Good understanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
- Communicative English: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, for team collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Docker for containerization and development environment setup.
- Basic understanding of non-relational databases.
- Prior experience working in a product-oriented organization.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements as a Fullstack Developer.
- Write well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Work in a cross-functional, English-speaking team where backend, frontend, mobile, and design collaborate to deliver user-centric features with real impact.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and team members to understand and implement project requirements.
- Identify and resolve software defects and technical issues efficiently as part of daily tasks.
- Contribute significantly to improving application performance and scalability.
- Maintain clear and concise OpenAPI documentation for system architecture and development processes.
