Job Description: Fullstack Developer, LegalTech (Bordeaux)
We are hiring a Fullstack Developer (Permanent Contract - CDI) in Bordeaux to join our Septeo Real Estate division, specifically working on Modelo Legal. This role offers 2 days of remote work per week.
What We Will Accomplish Together
You will contribute to the development of Modelo Legal, a critical business solution ensuring the legal compliance of corporate practices. This turnkey tool guarantees that all legal documents used by real estate agencies and networks comply with current legislation. It often integrates into a broader ecosystem dedicated to real estate agencies (CRM, estimation, marketing).
Modelo is a suite of business solutions primarily dedicated to the real estate sector, developed by the Septeo Group (a French LegalTech leader). You will join our team of 3 agile developers, working across both front-end and back-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design application architecture and develop new features.
- Participate in the refactoring and modernization of our application.
- Anticipate technical and functional challenges.
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to documentation writing.
- Maintain existing codebase.
- Conduct technological watch and propose improvements for the existing ecosystem (technical stack, tools, etc.).
- Support the support service team with technical issues.

Qualifications

With at least 4 years of experience on a similar stack, you have proven experience in creating or refactoring large-scale applications. You have a strong interest in implementing application architecture.
You are committed to code quality and performance and are interested in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices for your development work.
You enjoy working autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit on technical subjects, approaching challenges with a problem-solver mindset.
