We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer with strong expertise in Elementor, Crocoblock, and e-Commerce. This role involves working on challenging projects, leveraging intensive and demonstrable use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workflow, and contributing to an AI-driven future. This is an autonomous professional (PJ) position, offering work by deliverables with a fixed monthly base and productivity bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement WordPress websites using Elementor and Crocoblock, utilizing highly automated processes with AI.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements.
- Complete the development of the agency's proprietary plugins.
- Create images and perform basic visual adjustments for websites (design).
- Ensure performance and SEO optimization for all developed websites.
- Perform maintenance and periodic updates for the site portfolio.
- Provide technical support to clients via a ticket system.
- Conduct client onboarding training upon the delivery of each website.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate seriousness, honesty, and a strong focus on results, fostering lasting and trusting client relationships.
- Possess a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, and versatility.
- Proven experience in WordPress development, particularly with Elementor and Crocoblock.
- Active and demonstrable use of AI in development; applications must include concrete examples.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design/image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Ability to utilize integration systems (e.g., API, webhooks).
- Autonomy in solving technical problems without constant supervision.
- Possess own CNPJ (even if MEI) for invoice issuance.
