As a Full-Stack Web Engineer, you will own the company's website, driving new functionality for trials, checkout flows, and product launches. You will enhance the existing architecture, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to rapidly deploy new features and improve user experience.

What You Will Do
- Maintain and develop the main company website.
- Gain a deep understanding of current website architecture and functionality.
- Build new features related to trials, licensing, and checkout processes.
- Collaborate with marketing for landing page launches and product campaigns.
- Set up and maintain pre-designed web assets, including banners and pop-ups.
- Support email marketing infrastructure, configuring Sendy and MailChimp.
- Assist in migrating marketing automations from MailChimp to Sendy.
- Improve website performance and page load speed.
- Maintain and enhance codebase quality.
- Contribute to other web projects within the company.
- Propose architectural improvements as needed.
- Refactor legacy code to enhance stability or performance.
- Develop new features while ensuring platform stability.
What You Need to Succeed
- 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in similar web engineering roles.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like SvelteKit or Vue.js for web application development.
- Strong skills in TypeScript and VanillaJS.
- Extensive knowledge of Node.js for server-side programming.
- Experience with Go and PHP (versions 5.2, 7+, or higher) as server-side languages.
- English proficiency at B2+ level for technical documentation and written communication.
- Experience with S3 buckets or similar cloud storage systems.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Proven experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of front-end optimization techniques and web rendering processes.
- Experience with Docker and Docker-compose for containerization and deployment.
- Advanced front-end development skills using Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and software design principles.
- Experience building or supporting checkout, trial, subscription, or paywall flows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and marketing teams on website improvements and experiments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical team members.
Will Be a Plus
- Hands-on experience with React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven experience integrating payment solutions (e.g., FastSpring, Stripe, Paddle).
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Experience supporting high-traffic marketing or product-driven platforms.
- Track record of launching independent projects end-to-end.
- Experience with BaaS platforms (e.g., Directus, Supabase, Firebase).
- Experience integrating with the Cloudflare API.
