Full Stack Web Developer - WordPress

Honeycomb Creative is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to work on new and existing websites.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ACF, Foundation, Java, JavaScript, and PHP, with a strong interest in engaging web development projects. You should have extensive experience with WordPress websites and be familiar with WooCommerce.

PLEASE NOTE: This position is not suitable for candidates whose primary experience is with theme builders (e.g., Elementor, Bakery, Divi). Applicants without prior WordPress experience will not be considered.

Expectations:

• Flexible work hours, with partial availability required during client hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM PST).
• Collaborative team environment requiring assistance and oversight from others.
• No weekend work.
• High proficiency in English speaking and writing is essential.

Minimum Requirements:

This is not an entry-level position.

• Proven WordPress programming experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability.

What You Need:

As this is a remote position, you must have:

• A fast/broadband internet connection.
• Your own computer.
• A webcam and microphone for Slack calls and Zoom meetings.

Our projects are often more intricate and extensive than typical WordPress sites. We manage multiple servers across Upcloud, DigitalOcean, and Vultr. We are a small team dedicated to a world-class approach in web development.

Canadian applicants may qualify for Company Extended Health, Dental, and Life Insurance.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
