We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. This remote, part-time, fixed-term contract role (1 month, 4 hours/week, $25.70-$32.00 per hour) focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services using both front-end and back-end technologies.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in software development, web development, and experience with modern frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js, and Spring Framework. You will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and system performance.
Duties
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Build robust back-end services utilizing technologies like Java, C#, Python, or PHP, integrating with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and web services using SOAP and JSON for seamless data exchange.
- Manage containerization and deployment pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, and implement CI/CD workflows.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.
- Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in SDLC methodologies (Agile or Scrum).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive interfaces, improving user engagement (UX) and accessibility.
- Maintain version control using GitHub or SVN; utilize project management tools like Jira or Trello for task tracking.
- Participate in system architecture planning, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient application design.
- Contribute to e-commerce platforms, web applications, or enterprise solutions by integrating various APIs (REST, Web services) and third-party systems.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular).
- Extensive back-end development experience with languages like Java (Spring Framework), C# (.NET), or Python (Django), along with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Ansible) is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) for deployment and scaling.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is highly desirable.
- Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles, SEO best practices, and web security standards.
