Your Role: Remote Full-Stack Web Development
As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be crucial in building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications while collaborating effectively within our global remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications.
- Utilize front-end technologies including React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
- Work with back-end frameworks such as Node.js/Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to deliver functional, scalable products.
- Integrate APIs, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and third-party services.
- Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and version control (Git).
- Optimize websites specifically for SEO, accessibility, and performance.
- Debug technical issues and manage ongoing updates for partner agencies.
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer (agency experience is beneficial).
- Expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind.
- Experience with at least one major backend framework: Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and commitment to clean, scalable code.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- Experience utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean.
