Cognipharma specializes in Digital Marketing and Multichannel Strategies for the Pharmaceutical Industry. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer.
What We Are Looking For
A Full-Stack Web Developer with at least 3 years of experience, capable of:
- Implementing, maintaining, and evolving websites using WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Developing robust backend and frontend solutions, ensuring optimal scalability, security, and performance.
- Working with SQL databases, including efficient query optimization.
- Contributing to architectural and infrastructure design as integral parts of technological solutions.
- Analyzing existing websites to identify technical, functional, and User Experience (UX) improvement opportunities.
- Engaging in client and project management.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining websites and applications using:
- PHP
- Node.js
- React
- Implementing and customizing CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, AEM).
- Integrating with SQL databases.
- Supporting the definition and enhancement of technical architecture and infrastructure.
- Conducting technical and UX assessments for client websites.
- Preparing detailed technical reports with recommendations for UX, performance, security, and best practices.
- Collaborating effectively with design, content, and marketing teams.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices for performance, accessibility, technical SEO, and security.
- Managing client requests and overseeing assigned projects.
What We Value
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Developer.
- Proven experience with:
- WordPress
- Drupal
- Sitecore
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong knowledge of:
- PHP
- Node.js
- React
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- SQL databases
- Understanding of web infrastructure and architecture.
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing existing websites.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Interest in User Experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical recommendations.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Pantheon is a plus.
