Cognipharma specializes in Digital Marketing and Multichannel Strategies for the Pharmaceutical Industry. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer.

What We Are Looking For

A Full-Stack Web Developer with at least 3 years of experience, capable of:

• Implementing, maintaining, and evolving websites using WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Developing robust backend and frontend solutions, ensuring optimal scalability, security, and performance.
• Working with SQL databases, including efficient query optimization.
• Contributing to architectural and infrastructure design as integral parts of technological solutions.
• Analyzing existing websites to identify technical, functional, and User Experience (UX) improvement opportunities.
• Engaging in client and project management.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining websites and applications using:
  • PHP
  • Node.js
  • React
• Implementing and customizing CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, AEM).
• Integrating with SQL databases.
• Supporting the definition and enhancement of technical architecture and infrastructure.
• Conducting technical and UX assessments for client websites.
• Preparing detailed technical reports with recommendations for UX, performance, security, and best practices.
• Collaborating effectively with design, content, and marketing teams.
• Ensuring adherence to best practices for performance, accessibility, technical SEO, and security.
• Managing client requests and overseeing assigned projects.

What We Value

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Developer.
• Proven experience with:

• Strong knowledge of:

  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Understanding of web infrastructure and architecture.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical recommendations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Pantheon is a plus.
