We are seeking a Pleno Fullstack Developer to join our Technology team and help us change lives!

Responsibilities and Attributions
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
- Develop high-performance, secure RESTful APIs.
- Implement automations to optimize processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Test and debug code to ensure quality and performance.
- Contribute to discussions on technology standards, architecture, and methodologies.
- Disseminate knowledge within the team regarding technologies, tools, concepts, or techniques.
- Develop custom and responsive WordPress themes/templates.
- Create and maintain personalized WordPress plugins.
- Contribute insights to improve performance, usability, and user experience (UX).
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- Knowledge in back-end development with PHP.
- Experience developing and maintaining WordPress blogs.
- Experience developing WordPress themes/templates.
- Skill in developing and customizing WordPress plugins.
- Knowledge in front-end development: React, Tailwind, TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Knowledge in databases (MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB).
- Knowledge in Docker.
- Knowledge in Git (Gitflow).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactivity, analytical thinking, and ability to propose solutions.
- Ability to advocate for ideas in team decision-making.
Differentiators
- Experience with Node.js and Typescript.
- Knowledge in AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with GenAI tools and platforms.
Additional Information
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in Brazil).
