Full-Stack Shopify / Shopify Plus Developer (M/F)
We are hiring a Full-Stack Shopify / Shopify Plus Developer to support our premium e-commerce clients. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and a focus on long-term client missions. The role involves ongoing maintenance, technical support, and new feature development for Shopify and Shopify Plus clients. You will work on both front-end and back-end tasks, manage technical relationships with clients, and contribute to the evolution and optimization of Shopify/Shopify Plus sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Ongoing Maintenance & Technical Support:
- Handle continuous maintenance of Shopify & Shopify Plus websites.
- Develop custom front-end and back-end features (Liquid, JS, API, etc.).
- Create or enhance custom Shopify applications.
- Manage bug resolution and technical requests within the Shopify back office.
- Provide day-to-day webmastering support to clients.
- Proactively suggest technical optimizations.
- Document all technical interventions.
- Ticket Management & Client Relations:
- Independently manage technical tickets via Notion, ensuring follow-up and prioritization.
- Regularly communicate with clients (video calls, email), understand needs, explain choices, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of Shopify & Shopify Plus (setup, back office, product and order management).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Knowledge of PHP and Node.js (a plus).
- Experience with Shopify APIs (creation, management, integration of third-party APIs, checkout management, logistics solutions, ERP, etc.).
- Proficient with GitHub and the Shopify CLI.
- Familiarity with the JS ecosystem related to Shopify.
- Strong technical English (documentation, third-party app support, international client communication).
- Experience with ticket management tools (Notion or equivalent).
Soft Skills & Client Interaction
- Autonomy, organization, and precision in task and time management.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical topics to non-developers.
- Strong client service mindset, pedagogy, and diplomacy.
- Appreciation for aesthetics, quality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse profiles.
- Knowledge of French at level B2-C1 is required.
