Full-Stack Product Engineer (Remote Europe)

We are seeking an elite Full-Stack Product Engineer to develop an AI cohost that thinks, learns, and acts like a seasoned hospitality expert, managing entire vacation rental empires.
Key Responsibilities: AI-Accelerated Development
- Build Hosto.ai's core features utilizing React Next.js & PHP Laravel.
- Leverage Cursor IDE and Claude Code as the primary development workflow for maximum velocity.
- Instantly transform designs into code using Figma MCP integration, eliminating design handoff delays.
- Engineer robust, real-time booking systems using web sockets to handle guest communications, pricing updates, and multi-platform synchronization.
- Deploy features at breakneck speed using AI-powered development to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Scale high-performance applications capable of managing millions of bookings and guest interactions.
- Maintain enterprise-grade code quality while maximizing AI-assisted development velocity.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of expertise, including 3+ years of experience with React Next.js & PHP Laravel.
- AI tools must be your daily drivers: Active integration of Cursor IDE, Claude Code, and Figma MCP into every aspect of your workflow.
- Demonstrable AI productivity multipliers: Consistently shipping complex features in days using AI assistance.
- Strong technical foundation in React, Next.js, PHP, Laravel, Unit Tests, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, Socket.io, and Git.
- Experience with Docker for local development setup and deployment.
- Battle-tested experience with high-load systems and complex real-time architectures.
- Excellent collaboration skills essential for hyper-velocity development environments.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Active daily use of Cursor as your primary development environment.
- Claude Code integrated for all coding tasks.
- Production experience utilizing Figma MCP workflows.
