Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Full-Stack & Mobile App Developer to develop websites, mobile applications, internal systems, automations, integrations, and other digital products for our growing businesses.
Mobile app development is a major requirement for this position. Candidates must have genuine programming knowledge and be capable of developing functional applications from concept through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
The ideal candidate should also be highly proficient in using modern AI development resources such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools to accelerate development, debugging, research, and problem-solving.
AI tools should enhance your abilities—not replace them. You must understand the code you are working with and be capable of independently writing, reviewing, debugging, and maintaining it.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain iOS, Android, and web applications
- Build frontend and backend systems
- Design and manage databases
- Build and integrate APIs and third-party services
- Develop internal business tools and automations
- Integrate payment systems, e-commerce platforms, authentication, notifications, and other services
- Test, debug, optimize, and maintain existing software
- Deploy applications and manage production updates
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and code management
- Use AI coding tools effectively to accelerate development
- Identify technical problems and independently research and implement solutions
- Maintain clean, secure, organized, and documented code
Required Technical Skills
Candidates must have strong knowledge of multiple programming languages and technologies, including experience with several of the following:
Programming:
JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, Swift, Kotlin, Dart, SQL
Web Development:
HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Node.js or similar modern frameworks
Mobile Development:
React Native, Flutter, Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android or equivalent
Databases:
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Supabase or similar
Candidates should also understand:
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Git/GitHub
- Authentication and application security
- Cloud hosting and deployment
- Debugging and testing
- Database architecture
- Responsive UI development
- Application architecture
- App Store and Google Play deployment
AI Development Tools
Experience using tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding assistants is strongly preferred.
You must be able to verify AI-generated code, identify errors or security problems, debug it, and understand exactly what the code is doing.
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who can actually build software, not someone limited to WordPress, no-code tools, or basic website design.
You should be resourceful, technically strong, able to learn new technologies quickly, and capable of taking a project from an idea to a functioning application with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED2,264.35 - AED3,000.00 per month
