About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Flutter and Laravel who is comfortable using modern AI development tools to build high-quality software efficiently.

You will work on both the backend and mobile applications while collaborating on product improvements, AI-assisted development workflows, and new feature implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Laravel backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Design and implement scalable backend architecture and database structures.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, notifications, analytics, and cloud services.
• Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve issues across the mobile applications and backend services.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver new features.
• Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity while maintaining clean, reliable, and maintainable code.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Laravel (PHP).
• Strong experience with Flutter.
• Good understanding of MySQL and database design.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe.
• Experience with Firebase.
• Basic knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

AI Skills (Required)

Candidates should be comfortable using AI development tools as part of their daily development workflow, including tools such as:

• Claude Code
• ChatGPT
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Windsurf
• Gemini

The ideal candidate understands how to use AI to accelerate development while ensuring code quality, reliability, maintainability, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
