What You Will Do
You will work closely with:
- The CPO & co-founder of Ninacare, Valentina de Caro https://www.linkedin.com/in/valentinadecaro/
- The Senior Software Engineer, Vladyslav Khytrov https://www.linkedin.com/in/vladkhytrov/ contributing to the development and evolution of the product with autonomy, ownership, and an impact-oriented mindset.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features, from database design to creating reusable frontend components, following the process from idea to release.
- Collaborate with the product team on complex features, conversational and autonomous agents, integrations, automations, as well as bug fixing and CRUD.
- Write maintainable, consistent, tested, and documented code, following engineering best practices.
- Optimize and evolve the existing codebase through refactoring, optimization, and pragmatic management of technical debt.
- Work daily with Coding Agents, maintaining responsibility for the final output: you guide the AI, not the other way around.
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- An AI-first person: you think and decide with your own head on architecture, product, and technical trade-offs, then use the right tools to build better, faster, and with higher quality. AI is a lever for you.
- You may not have experience with our entire tech stack, but it is important that you have solid foundations in computer science and software engineering and a desire to quickly learn new tools and frameworks.
- Experience in the design and evolution of relational databases.
- You do not need hyper-detailed specifications: you know how to understand the context, ask the right questions, and transform open problems into concrete solutions.
- You know how to make pragmatic technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs between quality, speed, complexity, and impact on the product and the team.
- You care about code quality, architectural consistency, documentation, and maintainability.
- You have experience collaborating in small, agile, and distributed teams, with autonomy, ownership, and a collaborative spirit.
- You are curious about AI, agentic coding tools, and new ways of building software; you know what an Agent is and, even better, you have already built one.
