In this role, you’ll work across the stack — designing APIs and scalable architectures in Laravel, developing responsive web platforms in React.js / Next.js, and building mobile experiences with React Native + Expo. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers who are redefining how communities engage with fitness, sports, and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Laravel (PHP) for backend and React.js / Next.js / React Native for frontend.
• Build efficient APIs, data models, controllers, and middleware to ensure reliable system performance.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and designers to deliver seamless API integrations and consistent user experiences.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native + Expo.
• Implement and manage application state with Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, React Query, and Context API.
• Optimize database structures and queries for high performance on MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain clean and well-documented codebases, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design teams via Figma to turn UI/UX concepts into functional, responsive interfaces.
• (Nice to Have) Use Maestro or similar tools for end-to-end mobile app testing.

Who We’re Seeking

• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel or other modern PHP frameworks.
• Solid understanding of REST API design, architecture, and integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Expertise with React.js, with working experience in Next.js and React Native + Expo.
• Familiarity with modern state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, React Query).
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Proficient with Git workflows and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to performance and scalability.
• Team player with ownership mindset, able to collaborate across backend, frontend, and product teams.
• Passion for clean code, responsive design, and delivering seamless user experiences.
