Full Stack Developer Pleno (Finance)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Pleno with experience or familiarity in financial services to join our Financial Squad and contribute to the development of strategic technological solutions, such as banking integrations, payment methods, and management systems (Accounts Payable/Receivable, P&L, Cash Flow).
The developer is an experienced, focused, and analytical professional, capable of contributing significantly to the development and maintenance of complex applications. They have a solid understanding of various technologies and can work independently to solve technical problems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications, ensuring their efficiency and security.
- Actively participate in the project management process, including planning and tracking activities.
- Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of code deliveries within the team.
- Collaborate with other team members to solve technical problems and find effective solutions.
- Participate in alignment meetings and contribute ideas for new features and improvements.
- Stay updated with best practices in software development and emerging technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduation in Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related areas.
- Proficiency in programming in PHP;
- Knowledge in Python.
- Proven experience in frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming, Databases, and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with GIT, REST API, and AWS infrastructure.
- Experience in frontend development using Vue.js, React, or Node.js.
- Advanced knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
