SUPEXAM is hiring a Full Stack Developer for a full-time, remote-friendly role in France to develop online education tools and AI assistants. The Supexam network is a group of private higher education schools. As such, we develop our own online teaching and training tools. Our platforms combine educational content, back-office systems, and AI assistants to support learners throughout their journey.
You will join an AGILE team as a Full Stack Developer for the platform. You will work in close collaboration with the pedagogical team and the project manager.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to understand all the business challenges of the project.
Expected Skills
- Develop backend (Symfony PHP) and frontend (Twig, Vanilla JS, Bootstrap) features
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance
- Implement load testing to ensure platform scalability
- Adopt an AI-First approach: prompt engineering, intelligent use of AI to generate, refactor, and optimize code
- Create and maintain chatbots, AI assistants, and content generators
- Write technical specifications in collaboration with the project manager and the pedagogical director
- Document architectures and processes
- Propose technical improvements and evolutions
- Provide technical support to users and pedagogical teams

- Experience using AI development tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)

- Ability to evaluate and iterate on AI-generated code

- Propose and design frontend mockups and prototypes (Figma, prototyping, UX/UI)
- Payment systems (Axepta)
- Advanced AI/LLM integration (streaming, fine-tuning, RAG)
- Experience in writing technical specifications
Location: Full remote possible or hybrid depending on location
