Fullstack Developer (Angular & Java) - Brussels

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Angular and Java to join an international large-scale organization in Brussels. You will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications while contributing to Agile development processes, continuous integration flows, and quality assurance best practices.

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Java.
• Integrate Angular applications with RESTful web services.
• Implement responsive UI and enhance user experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Define, build, and execute test scenarios and scripts.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable code following best practices.
• Implement unit tests, debug issues, and ensure high software quality.
• Apply strong knowledge of software testing management and functional testing.
• Optimize application performance (caching, lazy loading, performance improvements).
• Apply QA/QC practices and manage defects and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to define REST API contracts and ensure smooth backend integration.
• Stay up to date with Angular ecosystem updates and propose improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile processes, CI/CD flows.
• Lead projects when required.
• Test, troubleshoot, and fix bugs.
• Write technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Excellent command of Angular, Angular CLI, RxJS/NgRx, TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating Angular apps with RESTful services.
• Solid backend knowledge with Java, PHP, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Experience with test automation, test data management, and defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software testing management.
• Experience with Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Autonomy and high attention to detail.
