BLPaczka serves as a logistics integrator for users of the Base platform and beyond. We specialize in handling diverse e-commerce shipments, both domestically and internationally, partnering exclusively with trusted providers to ensure high-quality logistics services.

Scope of Duties
- Develop and maintain systems built on CakePHP and PHP 7.x, as well as Symfony and PHP 8.x.
- Design and develop REST APIs for seamless integration with external systems (e-commerce, courier, financial).
- Design and optimize database structures in MySQL / Aurora (AWS).
- Containerize services using Docker / docker-compose.
- Create frontend layers (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery) to support backend functionalities.
- Perform code reviews and manage Git workflows (branching, Pull Requests, tagging, rebase).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams and product owners on architecture planning and functional roadmaps.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Copilot) to automate daily development tasks, including code generation, testing, and refactoring.
- Proactively identify and implement AI-driven improvements in the development process, error analysis, and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Web Application Developer.
- Strong proficiency in PHP 7.x/8.x, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, CakePHP, and Symfony.
- Proven experience in designing and documenting REST API and SOAP services.
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL / Aurora, including schema design, indexing, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Git version control system and best team practices (PR flow, release management).
- Practical experience with Docker / docker-compose for configuring development environments.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery) sufficient for integrating application layers.
- Ability to work with legacy code and perform gradual refactoring.
- Knowledge and practical application of AI tools for development support (e.g., Claude, Codex, Copilot).
- Aptitude for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing personal workflow using AI.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Symfony/Laravel or migrating systems to these frameworks.
- Understanding of e-commerce processes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD fundamentals (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with AWS services (Aurora, S3, Lambda).
