Full-Stack Developer & Process Expert
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer & Process Expert to join our team, working 32 - 38.5 hours/week. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system:
- Improve and maintain our Excel-based CRM system, implementing new features, configuration, and customization options, and supporting its integration with internal and external systems.
- Automate and optimize CRM-related manual processes by developing tools to enhance data quality and reduce error potential.
- Analyze internal sales processes to identify software and workflow improvement opportunities, gathering feedback for quality and usability.
Software development:
- Support the development of DatLab, our instrument control and data analysis software, by implementing new features and resolving issues. Act as an interface between laboratory scientists, the in-house software development team, and external partners.
- Implement internal quality control procedures for workflow, release, and code review management.
- Improve the DatLab data analysis pipeline and develop innovative solutions.
Your Profile
- University degree or comparable experience in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Required: Proficiency and extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Required: Experience with Python and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Advantageous: Experience with CRM platforms and a passion for business process automation.
- A plus: Experience with one or more of the following: C#, C++, Java, Qt (QML), R, Node.js, PHP, Go, .NET, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Interest in data analysis and experience with data management.
- Willingness to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team with sales experts, mitochondrial physiologists, and other software developers.
- Expected: Proactive work style, flexibility, teamwork ability, and strong communication skills.
- Required: Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus.
