Full Stack Developer & AI Integration Specialist (M/F)

The Context

The Cordani Group, a leader in attic conversions, home extensions, and renovation, seeks an internal technical expert to manage its evolving digital ecosystem. This includes multiple websites, a proprietary CRM, a custom business application built with AI code agents and Supabase, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence tools. We also require robust infrastructure security and ongoing development.

Currently, these critical functions are handled by various external providers. Our goal is to centralize technical knowledge, enhance responsiveness, and reduce external dependency, while retaining the option for specialized external expertise when needed. This is a dynamic development role focused on creating new projects, not just maintenance.

Your Mission

As the group's technical lead, you will collaborate directly with management to define priorities, manage transitions with external providers, and drive key developments and strategic evolutions. Your responsibilities span three core areas:

1. Full-Stack Development

• Design and develop new group projects, from initial requirements to production deployment.
• Evolve and enhance our custom business application, covering front-end, back-end, database, integrations, and AI features (using React, TypeScript, Node, Supabase / PostgreSQL).
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across websites, CRM, Supabase, and reporting tools.
• Design and implement APIs to connect websites, CRM, and internal systems, automating essential controls.
• Maintain and upgrade the group's WordPress websites.
• Implement best practices: Git versioning, isolated environments, and comprehensive technical documentation.

2. AI Development and Integration

• Integrate Artificial Intelligence APIs into existing tools, new projects, and the core business application.
• Develop practical AI functionalities for teams, including automation, input assistance, document analysis, decision support, and specialized business agents.
• Deploy and manage these AI solutions in production across the group's platforms, websites, and servers.
• Monitor emerging AI tools and recommend those offering significant business value.

3. Server, Hosting, and Infrastructure Management

• Guarantee the availability, security, and performance of websites, hosting environments, backups, and deployments.
• Administer web hosting and servers, including configuration, updates, SSL certificates, and domain names.
• Establish monitoring, incident management, and secure access protocols.
• Lead the sovereign server project and document technical decisions to retain internal expertise.

Required Profile

We are looking for proven experience in web development, digital product management, and infrastructure. We value concrete achievements over years of experience.

• Strong foundation in JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Node, APIs, Git, and PostgreSQL or Supabase databases.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into production environments (beyond prototypes). Be prepared to discuss a real-world case, the business problem solved, and the outcomes.
• Ability to administer web environments and understand critical aspects of security, data backup, and service continuity.
• Self-motivated and meticulous, capable of working 100% remotely: organizing work, providing clear updates, and meeting commitments.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Languages

• French: C1 / C2 or native speaker. Daily communications, documentation, and meetings are conducted in French.
• English: B2 minimum, C1 / C2 preferred. You will communicate in English, both written and verbal, with external service providers and partners. Ability to lead work meetings and defend technical decisions in English is essential. Technical documentation and some tools are also in English.

Valued Skills (Not Mandatory)

These skills are a plus and not prerequisites. They will be an asset or can be developed on the job, or handled by specialists.

• Advanced PHP and WordPress, Linux administration, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Advanced prompt engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, analytics tracking (GA4, Search Console), or visibility in AI response engines.
• Experience in an SME, agency, multi-site WordPress environment, or the housing sector is beneficial.

Conditions

• Contract: 10-month full-time fixed-term contract (CDD), with the aim of conversion to a permanent contract (CDI).
• Location: 100% remote work, based in France.
• Remuneration: €45,000 to €52,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
• Start Date: September 2026, flexible based on availability and notice period.
• Work Environment: Direct reporting to management, high autonomy, and a dedicated budget for tools, software, and infrastructure.
