Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, PHP, or equivalent.
- Comfortable with database management: SQL or NoSQL, and basic server administration.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Exposure to mobile development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.

Ability to commute/relocate: Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web or mobile applications.
- Write scalable, clean, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with designers, project leads, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and version control using Git.
- Support integration with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Continuously improve development workflows and explore emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal code standards (for experienced candidates).
