We are seeking a Full-Stack PJ Developer for a remote position. Preference will be given to professionals in the Campinas region for occasional in-person meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clean, high-quality, and easily maintainable code, adhering to project standards.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Build UI components with React and best front-end practices.
- Develop microservices and ensure comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
- Contribute to the architecture and design of distributed systems.
- Work with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments (Azure, with future migration to AWS).
- Implement observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Collaborate effectively with agile teams, including PMs, POs, and DevOps, translating business needs into software solutions.
- Perform other duties as required by the role.
Requirements:
- Solid experience (5+ years) in software development and systems analysis.
- Proficiency in NodeJS, Typescript, React, PHP (legacy systems), and Python (AI applications).
- Knowledge of databases such as Valkey/Redis, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in version control with Git.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and prototyping.
- Familiarity with browser development tools (DevTools).
- Experience with cloud-native deployment, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Proactive approach: ability to propose solutions and collaborate with the team, not just respond to demands.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Flexibility to adapt to different programming languages and technologies as needed.
- Strong collaboration skills: ability to pair program and work effectively with other developers and stakeholders.
