Full Stack Developer (Remote, 1099)
We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to join our team in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across the entire stack—from infrastructure and security to frontend UI—and takes ownership of both development and system reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and support full stack web applications
- Configure and administer AWS environments
- Monitor and improve system security and performance
- Manage disaster recovery processes and planning
- Perform database administration and optimization
- Administer and maintain Linux-based systems
- Build and maintain responsive UI using modern frameworks
- Collaborate using GitHub for version control and code management
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack and provide ongoing support
Technical Requirements
Strong experience with:
- AWS configuration and administration
- System security monitoring
- Disaster recovery strategies
- Database administration
- Linux administration
- Bash / shell scripting
- GitHub workflows
Proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- React
- PHP
- Bootstrap
Experience with:
- UI design and implementation
- VS Code or similar development environments
- Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems

Work Environment

Compensation
- $120,000 – $156,000 annually (1099 contractor)
- Paid weekly
- Performance bonuses for early completion of project milestones
