Livetech is hiring a Full-Stack Developer for a focused 3-month temporary position, starting Q2 2026. This role requires approximately 40 hours per week and does not include employee benefits for temporary staff. You will primarily develop new functionality for our flagship event management software, built with Laravel, VueJS, and AG Grid, as well as an iPad application utilizing VueJS, Cordova, and Rive.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a small team, demonstrating attentiveness, self-sufficiency, strong communication, and cooperation. You will collaborate closely with other developers, designers, internal stakeholders, and clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead a new project for our Event Management software, expanding its capabilities for secure, seamless third-party usage, and admin-blind guest registration and check-in.
- Collaborate with our team to translate client requests and business rules into technical specifications.
- Implement new features from Figma designs and written specifications into our Laravel + VueJS codebases.
- Work with the development team to resolve bugs, perform maintenance, refactor code, and implement new features.
- Be available on Slack for ad-hoc support or consultation on related tasks.
- Take ownership of the software's user experience, identifying improvement opportunities and challenging existing assumptions.
- Ensure the smooth functionality of features deployed to production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of full-stack web development experience.
- Expert knowledge in building and maintaining application front-ends with VueJS, HTML, CSS/SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
- Expert knowledge in building and maintaining application back-ends with Laravel, PHP, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Ability to transform Figma files into user-friendly, accessible, and responsive UIs.
- Proficiency in using and supervising AI tools judiciously, with full accountability for all code in your pull requests.
- Familiarity with Dusk, Cypress, or similar E2E testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to execute on spoken and written specifications and feedback from diverse sources, including designers, other developers, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of UX and development best practices, with the ability to advocate for them effectively.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.

This temporary role has the potential to become a year-round position. Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
