Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications (backend, frontend, or full stack).
• Conduct technical requirements analysis and define implementation strategies.
• Design and develop new software functionalities.
• Perform bug fixing, optimization, and performance enhancements.
• Integrate with APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Designers, Analysts, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide support during testing, release, and evolutionary maintenance phases.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in software development.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage task prioritization effectively.
• Strong understanding of key development patterns and coding best practices.
• Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with distributed teams.

Technical Expertise

We are looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following technology areas:

• Frontend Development: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
• Backend Development: Node.js, Java, .NET, PHP, Python
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, NestJS, Laravel, Express, Django, .NET Core
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD
• Mobile Development: React Native, Flutter, native iOS / Android
• Testing: Unit Test, Integration Test, automated testing tools
• API & Integration: REST, GraphQL, microservices

Bonus Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in consulting environments or on enterprise client projects.
• Ability to independently manage entire technical streams or small work packages.
• Proficiency in microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and release pipelines.
• Good command of the English language.
