Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend functionalities using React and backend services using Laravel / Node.js, prioritizing performance and scalability.
- Lead the integration of APIs and third-party services, ensuring security and robustness.
- Optimize key product metrics: load time, TTFB, WebSockets latency, error rate, and average deployment time.
- Participate in architecture decisions, microservices design, and code review processes.
- Write and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to reduce the time-to-market for new features.
- Provide mentoring and promote best practices: Clean Code, SOLID, testing, and secure deployments.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years as a full-stack developer, with a predominant focus on frontend (~80%).
- Solid experience with React and its modern ecosystem.
- Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and experience with Node.js.
- Production experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of testing, versioning, and code review best practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of frontend performance optimization (critical rendering path, code-splitting…).
Valuable Requirements (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in microservices or event-oriented architecture.
- Experience with WebSockets in real-time applications.
- Experience in mentoring or technical leadership.
- Contributions to open source or a public portfolio (GitHub).
