We are seeking an exceptional Frontend Product Engineer with a strong product mindset and expertise in React to join our AI Team. You will collaborate on Laravel’s most ambitious project to date, working alongside Nuno Maduro and Ashley Hindle.

This is a fully remote, globally distributed role ideal for engineers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and believe in the transformative power of AI in software development.

Technology Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Inertia.
• Backend: Laravel 12+, PHP 8.4+.

What You’ll Do

• Ship production features at startup speed, owning frontend implementation from concept to deployment, often moving from prototype to production within hours or days.
• Build complex, delightful React interfaces, partnering closely with the UX designer to implement sophisticated, scalable UI components.
• Own technical excellence: profile and optimize performance, architect scalable frontend systems, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Connect directly with users and the community to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Strong frontend craft: Expertise in TypeScript, React, Inertia, and Tailwind, coupled with a keen eye for interaction design, motion, accessibility, and visual detail.
• A proven track record of independently driving features from initial idea to production launch.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality, well-designed, and thoughtful user experiences.
• A dedication to ensuring user success.

• Be a former founder or early engineer who has successfully built a product from 0 to 1.
