YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Experience with modern JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience using any Frontend Frameworks/Libraries (e.g., React, Vue, AngularJS).
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and debugging techniques using Chrome DevTools.
- Experience with media queries and CSS platforms such as Twitter’s Bootstrap.
- Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Cursor) for boilerplate code generation, troubleshooting, and workflow acceleration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset, taking initiative and ownership of work.
- Great attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX.
- Experience with CMS and E-commerce platforms (WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify).
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Transform complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates.
- Create responsive website designs.
- Build websites using WordPress, including extending and developing plugins and themes.
- Work with image optimization tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks) for the web.
- Utilize version control systems such as GIT / SVN.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
- Produce high-quality work with a strong focus on detail.
Compensation Details
We evaluate talented candidates based on skills tests, regardless of past experience or educational background.
Starting base pay for this position in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation outside these states may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered.
