REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Front End Development Expertise

• Experience with modern JavaScript ES6+.
• Proficiency using Frontend Frameworks/Libraries (e.g., React, Vue, AngularJS).
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and debugging using Chrome DevTools (Console, Network panels, etc.).
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Cursor) for boilerplate code generation, troubleshooting, and workflow acceleration.
• Experience implementing media queries.
• Knowledge of CSS platforms such as Twitter’s Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX (preferred).
• Experience with major CMS/eCommerce platforms: WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for discussing technical concepts and feedback clearly.
• Proactive mindset, taking initiative and ownership of work.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS: Core Responsibilities

• Transform complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates.
• Create responsive website designs.
• Build websites using WordPress, including extending and developing plugins and themes.
• Work with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to create web-optimized images.
• Utilize version control systems such as GIT / SVN.
• Produce high-quality work with a strong focus on detail.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, working effectively under tight deadlines.

Compensation Disclosure: Starting base pay for this position in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation outside these states may vary and fall outside this range, based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered.
