Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with modern JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience using any Frontend Frameworks/Libraries (e.g., React, Vue, AngularJS).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for discussing ideas, technical concepts, and feedback.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and debugging techniques using Chrome DevTools (Console, Network panels, etc.).
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Cursor) for boilerplate code generation, troubleshooting, and workflow acceleration.
- Experience with media queries.
- Knowledge of CSS platforms such as Twitter’s Bootstrap.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple projects and tasks.
- Great attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
- Positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX (preferred).
- Experience with WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment.

- Reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and power for remote work.
Your Duties and Tasks
- Transform complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates.
- Create responsive website designs.
- Build websites with WordPress, extending and developing plugins and themes.
- Work with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to create web-optimized images.
- Work with version control systems such as GIT / SVN.
- Work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Produce high-quality work with a strong focus on detail.

Starting base pay for this position in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. Compensation outside of these states may fall outside the stated ranges.
