YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Experience with modern JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience using any Frontend Frameworks/Libraries (e.g., React, Vue, AngularJS).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling clear discussion of ideas, technical concepts, and feedback.
- A proactive mindset, taking initiative and ownership of work.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and debugging techniques using Chrome DevTools (Console, Network panels).
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Cursor) for boilerplate code generation, troubleshooting, and workflow acceleration.
- Experience with media queries.
- Knowledge of CSS platforms such as Twitter’s Bootstrap.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
- A positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX (preferred).
- Experience with WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Transforming complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates.
- Creating responsive website designs.
- Building websites with WordPress, including extending and developing plugins and themes.
- Working with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to create web-optimized images.
- Working with version control systems such as GIT / SVN.
- Working effectively under tight deadlines.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Producing high-quality work with a strong focus on detail.

For California, New York, Washington, and Colorado residents, the starting base pay for this position ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and the seniority of the position offered. Compensation outside these states may fall outside the specified ranges.
