You Should Have

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or AngularJS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for discussing ideas, technical concepts, and feedback.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility and debugging using Chrome DevTools (Console, Network panels).
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Cursor) for code generation, troubleshooting, and workflow acceleration.
• Familiarity with media queries.
• Knowledge of CSS platforms like Twitter's Bootstrap.
• Ability to multitask effectively across multiple projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in PHP/MySQL and AJAX (preferred).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST.

• A reliable remote workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet/power.

Your Duties and Tasks

• Transforming complex PSD layouts into pixel-perfect, presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates.
• Creating responsive website designs.
• Building websites using WordPress, including extending functionality and developing plugins/themes.
• Optimizing web images using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks.
• Utilizing version control systems like GIT/SVN.
• Working under tight deadlines.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Producing high-quality work with a strong emphasis on detail.

Compensation Note: For California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and position seniority. Compensation outside of these states may fall outside these ranges.
